Great meditation for sleep

Heal Your Anxiety: Sleep Meditation is just the right meditation I needed in my life ASAP. I was stressed and anxious for a couple of weeks and couldn't sleep properly, but with this meditation, I fell asleep so fast I didn't even finish listening to it. I will listen to other meditations by the author and turn it on before going to sleep.

Feel Your Stress Melt Away

If you’re like me and struggle to switch off at night, you need this audiobook in your life.

The narrator’s voice is incredibly soothing, like she knows exactly what to say to help you let go of the stress from your day. There is also soft and soothing music in the background that creates the perfect atmosphere to unwind.

The guided visualizations were a standout for me. For example, you were asked to imagine your stress floating away like clouds, which to my suprise was incredibly effective and really helped me feel lighter and more at ease.

If you need a tool to help you mentally disconnect from a rough day, this book is for you. It’s 45 minutes long, which should be more than enough for even the most stressed out person get the deep sleep they need. I’m sure it will make a noticeable difference in your sleep routine, too.

My favourite relaxation tool

What a discovery! At the beginning it feels strange, but in a matter of minutes you enter a very pleasant state of relaxation, the attention you pay to your breathing calms your mind a lot. Throughout these days I have noticed a substantial improvement, my anxiety has gone down a lot and I have managed to sleep deeply and I have become more aware of my body. I am very happy. It has been years since I had such a good rest. I recommend it.
