Publisher's summary

The book is about time travel into the future. A female super soldier from 2035, a cattle rancher from 1929, a 12-year-old oversized boy from the 1950's, and a prostitute from 1970's New York, take a trek into the past, but end up going into the future instead. They find devastation and the human population nearly wiped out from some unknown cataclysm. Their trek takes them on an adventure into the unknown as they unravel clues to the fate of the earth.

Interesting story. Poor narration

Narration ruined this book for me. I think I could have done it better.
As for the story, it was an interesting concept but the author needs to do more research. One example -
Joy is wearing her night vision goggles while searching for the body farm. At the last door of the hallway she is about to open the door when Ben stops her. She takes off the night vision goggles and Ben shows her the light coming from under the door.
We are shown that we are in a dark hallway with several doors. If there was light from underneath any of the doors then any of the group would have noticed it as soon as they entered the hallway. The night vision goggles would have lit up almost painfully with that much light. Also, John has some kind of super vision and should have easily seen any light as well.
This kind of thing happens to often and can be distracting from the story.
Also did not like the ending. Why would they all abandon their new friends in the middle of a battle and even abandon one of the primary fighters in an open area and not even tell anyone they were leaving.
