Good advices, too many freestyle comments
Overall, the book presents great ideas and advice. However, I found the freestyle comments that the author included in the audiobook to be tiresome and often irrelevant. For instance, the author's history with the stock market didn't seem pertinent to the main content of the book. As a result, I ended up fast-forwarding through these sections.

Covered all the bases

It was Okay
It had some good info and some interesting ideas. However, it fell pretty flat and was hard to get through. The author spoke a lot about his own experiences and didn’t direct much on practical tips.
