Publisher's summary
Bring the life you desire and deserve into existence today!
Before her husband’s sudden death, Regina Lawless was at the height of her corporate career as head of diversity, equity, and inclusion at Instagram and seemingly had it all. Then tragedy struck, forcing her to rediscover who she truly was inside and what she wanted moving forward.
On her journey to live and thrive again after loss, Regina realized that the outdated rules for success—to grind incessantly and sacrifice yourself to get ahead—weren’t serving her or any women, especially Black women and women of color. So Regina wrote this book to encourage people, particularly high-achieving women, to investigate their own states of happiness and fulfillment and to build more meaningful lives, both personally and in the workplace.
The meaningFULL framework that Regina uses will help you
redefine success and live a more profound life,
reconnect with your heart,
restore the body,
reframe your beliefs,
renew your spirit, and
reinvent your routines.
This valuable framework, actionable takeaways, and Regina’s inspiring personal story will allow you to redefine what success means and find the courage to change your life.

Story
Storytelling is a part of each one of us. We tell ourselves stories every day, based on our past encounters, and we mold them over time so they stay relevant with our growth. Our financial stories are no different than the plotlines in our personal lives, however; they can have a profound effect on how we manage our future. Children of the Great Depression lived through a time of scarcity, which shaped how they viewed their money as adults and how they ultimately passed down their money narratives to their children.

It's a journey
Listening to "Do You" felt like I was in deep discussion with a girlfriend - sharing how they have and continue to navigate grief, personal and professional transitions.
Regina recounts experiences that some could not bare to speak of publicly. Sharing how she did the life work and encourages her readers to do the same to find their joy-filled true selves. I felt encouraged, affirmed and informed. Motivated to incorporate the gems shared.
Thank you for sharing your story Regina, you are changing lives.
