Publisher's summary
This collection of Sona Van’s poems is a tribute to the victims of genocide and war. With extraordinary feminine sensitivity, the poet looks at the world in all its striking contrasts, constantly probing the depths of her consciousness with new modes of expression. The collection consists of ephemeral poems characterized by dramatic encounters with nothingness in which an uncanny ability to capture extreme situations prevails. Sona Van’s poetry represents the truest testimony of historical experience and the reality in which it still lives. Full of unexpected juxtapositions of time, rhythm, and imagery, the poems are inspiring to believers and skeptics alike.

The 13 chapters of The Art of War, each devoted to one aspect of warfare, were compiled by the high-ranking Chinese military general, strategist, and philosopher Sun-Tzu. In spite of its battlefield specificity, The Art of War has found new life in the modern age, with leaders in fields as wide and far-reaching as world politics, human psychology, and corporate strategy finding valuable insight in its timeworn words.

This newer edition of the King James Bible published in 1769 is usually preferred by most that read it over the older 1611 version. This 1769 edition is highly sought after due to being more reader/listener friendly than the 1611 since many typos were fixed.... We hope your new audio bible will go everywhere with you and be a blessing for years to come.

Powerful! Mocne!
The voice and narration captures perfectly the author's musings on pain and suffering. It is a meditation on depression, sadness and a quest for spirituality. The poet asks herself if she is able to forget the past. Can one just sleep through pain. Continues to search for meaning and explores suffering and the sens (or rather non-sens) of war and genocide. Pays homage to all the mothers loosing sons to war. It is their Road to Heaven.
Swietna interpretacja lektora, ktora staje sie glosem pisarki. Z bolem i w depresji opowiada o wojnie, o ludobojstwie. Jest to medytacja poetycka z punktu widzenia kobiety, matki pelna cierpienia, ktorej rodzina zostala zamordowana w czasie ludobójstwa Ormian.

"AN INCREDIBLE LISTEN"
This audiobook is flawless. Although I love poetry, I first resisted listening to this audiobook, thinking that genocide and war might be just to stressful and disturbing to cope with. I was wrong. The poetry is deeply moving. Author searches for meaning and tries to understand the need for war and power but also seeks hope. Brilliantly read by the narrator who expresses the author's voice full of poetic darkness, depression and endless meditative sadness but then at times turns into hope for a better world.

Zaskakująco niesamowite
Wiersze bardzo mi się podobały. Delikatna muzyka w tle i lektorka swoim głosem stworzyły atmosferę egzotyki i tajemniczości. Sprawiły, że można wyraźniej odczuć duchotę pustyni oraz napięte emocje towarzyszące poetce w jej osobistej rozmowie z samą sobą.
