Worthwhile listen to understand ESTJ

Not an ESTJ bashing, this offers useful insights into ESTJ strengths and weaknesses to help self reflection and bring understanding.

I am an INFP & this highlighted brilliantly and accurately why we ( my ESTJ partner & I) have some major sticking points and clashes in the way we think and approach the world.
I also bought the author's INFP audiobook and that too is accurate and helpful.

I will relisten to both books as there is invaluable insights for us both in them.
Hopefully he will listen to both books too.
I am not sure if this will save our relationship, but it can only help us understand where it's gone wrong.
It may be that we are just too different to be one another's life partner, and unable to adapt our behaviour - and just keep infuriating the other one too much.
No one will be to blame if that ends up being the case. We will just need to walk away from that role, knowing that we tried but just aren't suited to it with each other.

And if there ever were to be another relationship for me - which feels very unlikely right now cause I'm feeling that if this one doesn't work I'm done....

... but If there were....

I would get the guy to take the MBTI test and I'd buy this author's audiobook to get a better idea of what we were in for. Knowing our degree of compatibility and conflict areas before we take it further would be very helpful.
