All technical Info

The book has great information. If you’re looking for technical information as to what to eat and why to eat it, this is the book for you. However, if you’re looking for recipes then I suggest that you buy the hard copy of this book.

A book for anyone whose serious about their health

Dr. Andrew Weil goes through all the elements to a healthy diet, and what must be avoided. Nutrition is a very difficult thing to master, and the most difficult element is that the "optimal diet" for health varies from individual to individual. Andrew Weil gives you the tools to figure the optimal diet out for yourself. What more can you ask?
