The voice

The voice is hard to hear and understand. when she mumbles and gets gravelly at the same time.

Need more! Stat!

This has been a great listen but I feel there is tons more I need to know after this book ended ! I truly hope there is going to be more in this series, please don’t make me result to writing a fan fiction to finish it (it wouldn’t pan out so well)…

Narrator is soft spoken

Other than the narrator being difficult to hear, I love this story! Can't wait to hear more from this world

More more more!!! What a great 3 part story. Kim has such a gift for wrapping you into her worlds and getting you deeply invested in the story! I hope there is more!

The plot is thickening

I love KH as an author, she makes characters that are likeable and bad guys that drive you crazy. She creates friendships and rifts and gives you just enough mystery to wish you could binge the rest of the series! Where is it! Can’t wait to read the next one.

perfect road trip listen

Goodness the conspiracy is crazy. The good guys seem to be losing the fight. The Neighbors are coming across as the enemy. Much will have to be done if things are to calm down and those causing the problems are to be contained. Get ready for a crazy ride with lots of shocking moments.

I gotta say, I sure hope there is more to come in the future.

Wonderful story, with hooks for part 4

I love the story and would recommend listening. Wonderfully thought provoking and so much play between light and dark. The voice over actor did an amazing job with all of the voices and accents.
I was hoping that the story would wrap up with part 3, but I have so many unanswered questions! I hope Ms. Harrison continues the story.

Loved the story but had to rewind often to understand narrator

Narrator was hard to understand. She used a broken voice that was unclear and I had to rewind to understand.

World building

I enjoyed this series so far. I am super excited to hear the next installment. I didn’t have an issue with the narrator and I like the little bit of neighbors speech the narrator sprinkles in.


I am very used to the Hollows narrator and I appreciate someone new who has a different range of voices for a different story. I just turned the volume up and was able to hear fine.
