Something missing

This story was alright but I feel like it needed to go into more depth for the story. I feel like the story lacked detail and was really really disappointed with the ending!

Disappointing

What would have made Enter (at Your Own Risk) better?

Some of the detail could have been left out. Some of the detail was so silly. The love story was incredibly cheesy and could have been written with more of an adult tone.

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

Finish the story! The reader is left with many questions.

How could the performance have been better?

The narrator was funny and not in a good way. He read as though he was reading, rather than acting. I actually found myself laughing out loud when he read the lines of the lovers and also the young women in the story.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

The story kept me reading, as I would have liked to see the case solved. I couldn't believe it when it ended without any closure.

Could not stop listening!!!

captivating. There are a few story lines happening at one time. The first two intertwine right away--the third kind of sneaks in. I was able to figure out how that third line would merge before it happened--but it still had me on the edge of my seat. It's a story of a serial killer in the making--what drives him--how his experience shaped his world view. It's creepy. Beware--it is the first of a series--and ends leaving much to be disclosed. I will definitely get the next book to see where things go.
