Solid story good modern fantasy
Overall I like the story, has some delicious twists and turns. My only complaint is the narrator had difficulty playing the parts of multiple characters and sometimes it was hard to tell which character was it.

One glaring snag away from perfect
I loved this series - from the initial description of Final Fantasy, to the final embrace at the end, this series was fantastic with pacing, system and world building. The issue that I can't seem to get past is that anyone would beg a person to help them MULTIPLE TIMES. If I can see you need help, and I offer to help you, only to discover your refusal to accept, I wouldn't chase you down to accept my help... that happens a lot in this book and it didn't sit well all things considered.
