Publisher's summary

A diverse group of celebrities, activists, and artists open up about what feminism means to them, with the goal of helping listeners come to their own personal understanding of the word.

Feminists Don't Wear Pink and Other Lies is a collection of writing from extraordinary women, from Hollywood actresses to teenage activists, each telling the story of her personal relationship with feminism. Often funny, sometimes surprising, and always inspiring, this audiobook aims to bridge the gap between the feminist hashtag and the scholarly text by giving women the space to explain how they actually feel about feminism.

4.5/5 Estrellas

1. Call Me a Feminist de Chimwemwe Chiweza
2. Imposter Syndrome de Alaa Murabit
3. Tell Him de Jameela Jamil
4. I Don't Feel Like a Woman de Swati Sharma
5. Woke Woman de Gemma Arterton
6. Be a Fun Feminist de Nimco Ali
7. The Power of the Period de Amika George
8. If You Can't See It, How Can You Be It? de Alice Wroe
Y mi favorito de todo el libro
9. The Weaker Sex de Keira Knightley

Beautiful bravery

I am thoroughly impressed with all of these women and their stories. Their words help move me in the right direction. This is the type of essays that should be required reading for the education of our adults and children. ❤️❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️
