terrible narration
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I had to download this book to my nook because i could not abide the voice of the narration. Apparently the author has no input in this matter. It is a wonderful, compelling novel, but you could not tell by listening to what sounded like a teenager reading badly. What a shame.

Eh.
I enjoyed how the book was narrated.
After all these years I don’t let my Curiosity get the best of me and I had to read the book everyone talks about. Don’t get me wrong I did enjoy it. It just wasn’t worth all the hype in my opinion.

Want a page turner? A story so riveting that you don't want to pause listening? Amazing narrator that captures your attention with every word? Then this book isn't for you.
However if you want to make fun of a badly written story of a billionaire sex cultist posing as a dominant for BDSM, then buy with a credit.

definitely a better book than movie
I read these years ago before the movies were even a thing and I actually just watched the movies a few days ago and had to re read the series to see if I remembered correctly how great the books were. while the movies are ok the books are amazing and to me it's more of a love story where the movie is more porn lol definitely an adult book but well worth a read. even a 50 shades of f***ed up he still knows how to treat a woman properly.

Understandable
it is clear why there is so much controversy about this book, however it was definitely enjoyable to read and I'm going to hold my opinions to myself until I've red the rest of the trilogy. So far I don't completely hate it.
