Incredible, but mind the TWs.

Absolutely fantastic book, I cannot wait for the next installment. I think I might just buy the actual book so I'll get to know what's gonna happen, I don't know of I can wait. S tier performance by Teddy Hamilton and Michelle Sparks as per usual. It was as terrifying as it was tantalizing and I may never recover. I usually HATE books ending on a cliffhanger, but this feels earned somehow.

Overall incredible. Just, be sure you're not getting in to something you'll feel bad about, some of this stuff is pretty gnarly.

Not for those with sexual abuse trauma

I’ve read, listened to, and enjoyed graphic smut before, so I am no shrewd. The narrative of this book acknowledges the conflict between nonconsensual and consensual sex. I also understand the concept of fantasy or sex play where you are not in control or the submissive. But the line in this book is quite grey and I feel could be a trigger for some women. If nothing I have mentioned makes you take pause, feel free to proceed, but I did feel obligated to inform readers that this may not be for everyone.

Mhm . I'm not sure how to feel. It was entertaining. In the beginning it was kind of hard to believe. Zade saves women and children but then treats adeline like crap in the beginning and there is an underlying consent issues. Nothing against the author or the writing. I just think I was more confused then anything else. At first once the story was laid down then it was better. I listened to the audible verison and that was awesome. Definitely gave me creepy vibes through out. Does end on a cliffhanger. So be warned. Unsure if I'll finished this. Might need to have a in between book to cleanse my palette

Definitely Dark

This is definitely a dark story - The Cat and The Mouse play a little game, although the the mouse doesn't seem all in on the game - at first.
The mystery of the house through her grandmothers letters was a great plot point as well. Enjoyed the narration of Teddy Hamilton and Michelle Sparks very much.

Awesome book!

Is a Dark Storyline that may trigger some. I found it so hard to stop listening. The Storyline was so good and the narrators were amazing!!!! Does end on a cliffhanger but the book was so good that I didn't mind it.
