Natalie Keller Reinert is the real deal!

I am horse vet with 37 years' experience with show horses. This author talks the talk ,and her characters walk the walk. I am blown away with her descriptions and assessments of "stable life." She knows horses and she knows young riders. I am excited to have found this audiobook, not just for me, but for my clients who love the show world and especially eventing. Oh, and a bit of romantic drama didn't hurt the overall plot either...
The narrator was the perfect fit for the production. Her cool voice, with the air of authority, was great. I have already looked her up and found other books she has narrated and I will be looking at those, as well as more books from the author.
Thanks for a great way to spend time riding, driving and mowing my paddocks. If you love horses and the dramas of the show world look at her other books.

Jules has grown up!!

Jules has developed into a fine young woman and the series has been fun, inspiring, and un-put-downable.!

More true to life horse people details w grown up challenges- life with horses ♥️; they lend us their strength and resilience and despite what “civilians” think , horses are a lifestyle worth pursuing.

10/10 Delightful story and WONDERFUL narration

I just want to say I loved this book. The characters are so dynamic and the writer is so talented at creating the atmosphere. As a native North Floridian it also was a special feeling knowing all the places mentioned! Naomi Rose-Mock did such a wonderful job on this book!!!!!!! I stayed so interested in her narration style and capabilities to make these characters feel like real people. Rose-Mock delivered on the mental images this narration. This one especially since I am so familiar with the areas the plot takes place I sure was able to mentally see the story in my head. It was like a Movie!!). Thoroughly enjoyed this book and would give it 1,000 5/5 ratings if I could.

Great continuation

I love the eventing series and it makes a better drive to and from the barn. I love how much Jules has grown.
New narration for this one but you get used to it fast.

Read them all in order!

I read the first 4 books in Natalie Keller Reinert's eventing series in print, but was thrilled to see that she has converted them to audiobooks since I am an avid listener. Forward is the first I listened to and I loved it. The narrator brings the characters to life and the story takes me back to the time I evented. I highly recommend this and all the eventing series books to everyone not just horse lovers. Read them in order!

Hoping there will be another book in the series. Loved all 5 of them. Can't wait to see what Jules is up to next.

Another great book in the series!

Natalie Keller Reinert delivered another great book. I bought the ebook and devoured it in a couple of days but I love listening to audiobooks, so I bought the audiobook as well. Naomi Rose-Mock did a great job with the narration and the book was delightful to listen to as well. I just love this series!

Perfect horsewoman’s read

This is such a thoughtful and well written story. I love how the author leads us into the thoughts of the strong female lead character. I constantly found myself thinking, why can’t I explain my thoughts and feelings that clearly. The horse details are spot on and if she wrote a million more I would read them all

Piper Goodeve was the real Jules Thornton

I LOVE Natalie Keller reinert as an author and this series in particular! I have listened to the first four audio books over 10x now! That being said I was absolutely ecstatic when I found out Forward was out! I subscribed to audible I paid for it, downloaded it, and played it to be met with this other voice actress who is the female equivalent to the clear eyes guy from the commercials! Not only did Jules go from being 22 to 45 but somewhere she also became a Lindsey impersonator! I’m not saying the actress is bad but I am saying that she was the wrong pick and it pissed me off so much I’m actually taking the time to write a review which I never do! I’m begging you Natalie! Please have piper save the day :( also I hope you and your family (ponies included are ok)
