Not the best nor the worst
Honest review for free audio copy.
Interesting view points, some worth while others did not seem to resonate for me. I have read other self-help/self-healing books that I have found and some recommendations from counselors that have felt better thought out, but they may have just fit my situation better. I do have to say, the authors saying butterflies come cocoons rubbed the wrong way.
