Tools for Mindfulness

This book is very well read and presented I’ve listened to it about three times, when I find myself off track just a little these tools help me cope with staying in the present and mindfulness

A wonderful way to free the mind

I recommend listening in parts taking a break processing, practicing, then continue on listening.

Great 👍

This book is wonderful. It is a great introduction to the concept of mindfulness and basic concepts of meditation. I will be reading more of his work. and for the narrator? he is fantastic. I could listen to him read anything.

Wonderful book!

Another gem from Thich Nhat Hanh! Helps me clear anxiety, harmonize and center myself and enjoy the present moment in peace regardless of circumstances - brings me happiness. Very practical and easy listening. Highly recommend to all.

It’s really so simple

As I listen to this book, I kept thinking of people I want to send it, who I knew would benefit from it. This is not fluffy his age. This is practical, timeless wisdom that anyone can use.
