A Lot of Value!

This audiobook has a lot to offer me. I am learning to set boundaries and I identified several areas of focus thanks to the wisdom here. This is the only workbook I need and I really connected with this one! The narrator and production was top notch too. Tremdous value here! Great Workbook

Important conversation and help guide

I found this audiobook both entertaining and educational for me. In today's age, the almost constant barrage of 'toxic relationships' just goes to prove how important this book can be for people. I found the examples and exercises were important to both hear and participate in as they were contemporaries to so many people around me. needed and relevant

Thank you for this book. I really enjoyed listening to it. Digging into how your own inner child came to be across cultural norms and experiences was really relatable and helps to normalize childhood traumas. The exercises/prompts to journal really get you back in touch with yourself, what you're actually feeling and what you might need to move forward. The exercises/list of writing letters to process, grow and deepen relationships that are important to you are exercises I will continue to go back to. I appreciated the opportunities for deep reflection.

Good introduction

I'm new to books like this and this was a great introduction. The author's clear and compassionate guidance made it easy to follow along and implement the exercises. great to have the workbook

I especially like that this book has the workbook with 150 journal prompts. Knowing and understanding the principals in the book, that's one thing. How to put them to work, and how to practice them, that's a bigger challenge in many cases. I'm glad to find there are the journal prompts in the workbook. That's basically helping me practice, and really implement what's taught in the book, and really making life changing effects.

Finally Feels Like "Me-Time"

For years, I felt stuck in a cycle of negativity. I knew I had some baggage from childhood, but never knew where to start to heal it. Then I found this audiobook, and it's been amazing! Since listening, I've stopped letting people walk all over me. I finally set boundaries, and guess what? The negativity in my life is shrinking! Most importantly, I'm so much nicer to myself now.
