Excellent material, required reading for every woman who cares about herself
This is a great book. It is full of rich wisdom, experience, and lots of clear illustrations of what to do, and what not to do, which helps dating and life in general to make a lot more sense. My advice: read this book!

I think everything he said is spot on and well known, however, it’s always easier to take our own advice. It’s the same advice I’ve been taught and would tell a friend but have difficulty following through myself for fear of losing the guy when in reality that is a win win scenario. The bonk definatelu sets you up for success.
