Read the D*mn Book!

You can never go wrong with an Ingrid Seymour series. Her brain children are always a delight to read and listen to, Her worlds are a great escape from the mundane magicless life we currently live. Her characters are relatable and go through journeys similar to the ones we go through but hers have a little more *spice*.

Good narration

This book was so good. I enjoyed the narration and the flow of the reading. Plus the plot is good as well.

Lies Betrayal and Alphas

I mean… you can’t go wrong as far a plot with that, right? Yummy. This was very good. You’ve got some dystopian elements, with a big scheming group of jerks brainwashing people. And then you’ve got hottie shifter boys, and an alpha trifecta who need a woman to lead them. Really—if she doesn’t want to, I will take one for the team and volunteer as tribute. Just saying. The narration was fabulous, very engaging, and now I want the second one. Dang it.

This is an intriguing story and the first in the "Wild Packs" series. It does end a nail biting and dreaded cliff hanger. The story is an action packed roller coaster ride. The author does a good job building not only the world but the characters as well. It is a gripping paranormal read with a large variety of super naturals. The narrator does a good job reading the story and as the story develops I was completely hooked. I look forward to reading of listening to the next story in the series to see what happens next.

Amazing new series!

Howl of the Rejected was super good, can’t wait to read book 2. Need to know what happened with Jaz, knowing the life she had was a lie, and who is she going to end up with. Totally recommend this book!

Comple world—exciting read!

Interestingly, this book/series shares a world with some of the author’s others, but you don’t necessarily need to have read them all to enjoy this. This one is extremely interesting, intriguing, mysterious and exciting all on its own. It’s got the ‘life being flipped upside-down’ / fresh start vibes, academy settings, bullies, corruption, and a very strong female lead. Throw in ALL the supernatural (okay, it feels like that at times anyway) to boot!

Will likely seek out more from this author.

Man, great start to a series. so not expecting everything that's happening, and how could her friend not believe her. Why is he treating her like that? What the heck is going on? I really can't wait for the 2nd book to come out on here. So looking forward to it. The narrator did a really good job, too.

So many lies!

This story was so good! It starts out strong, and creates a story that captivates!

Jaz has been an orphan her whole life. She has trained, learned, and knows what she wants in life. When Jaz's world turns upside-down, she realizes she has been lied to her whole life. Now Jaz needs to learn the truth and make those who lied to her pay.

I will definitely be listening to the rest of this series. I can't wait to see what happens next!

A terrific new series

I loved this story. It seemed a little slow to start but got so much better as it went on. I’m very intrigued by Jaz and the guys and am curious to see where the story is going to go from here. I enjoyed listening to the narration of the story though struggled to tell who was male and who was female for some of the characters. Overall I really liked the story and can’t wait to listen to book 2.
