I’ve loved every Beatriz Williams book I’ve listened to, but I think this has to be my favorite.

Amazing As Always

Beatriz Williams has done it once again! I absolutely love books with dual timelines. But four timelines…this was next level greatness! And for some authors that may have gotten tricky, but she made it seamless and so easy to follow. I personally can’t wait for the next lovely story that she has to give us. Truly magnificent!

Intrigue

Two stories going at the same time, switching back & forth between the two is never my favorite way for a story to progress as it causes confusion & this time it was totally unnecessary. But I enjoyed the story and I am fond of this author so I gave it 5 stars when I thought it deserved 4.5 as I became totally invested in both the story and the characters & I would recommend this book to other as there are life challenges but no great sadness in the story and a big surprise at the end.

Life’s unexpected twists and surprises

Beatriz Williams tells a unique story that in some ways can be anybody’s life. Details are secondary to the complex order a life takes. Rarely are we privy to all that determines a life; even our own. I enjoyed each of Beatriz’s novels and this was no exception.

A few strategic twists make this a favorite!

Beatriz Williams weaves an intricate story of women, loves and losses. It was excellent! I loved finding the answers to my questions as the story slowly untraveled. I have read all of her works, and I think this has become my favorite.
