This has really worked for me
I was having trouble sleeping and I’m an emotional binge eater.
I came across this and had it in my library for close to a year.
I finally started listening to it about a month ago.
My sleep has been incredible and I’ve lost 10 pounds.
I’ve found that I’m able to go into the store and pass the foods I would binge on (not always easy) but I’ve noticed changes in my habits.
Sometimes when I’ve woken up in the middle of the night there’s parts I’m typically asleep for that I hear. It’s not all soft music.
It’s interesting hearing what your subconscious is taking in and made me realize that it’s working.
I feel it’s worth a try for anyone who’s skeptical.

It says...

...At 48 minutes into Chapter 2, it says 5...4...3..2...1...open you eyes, wake up and feel refreshed....!!!! What the heck! In the middle of the night!? Why does it promote 8 hours in the title and also
state a good night's sleep when they literally wake you from the session apppximayely 2 hours and 48 minutes into your sleep cycle.
