I'm not a huge sports fan, so I got this book to share with my 4th graders who are. However, once I listed to the audiobook I got hooked! The author skillfully picked athletes that represent strong and positive qualities of human beings. Their stories are told in a fun narrative style. Then, the athletes are paired and compared. It's such a great book to get kids to communicate with each other. They can talk about the 'why' when naming their favorite athletes. I highly recommend this book for anyone with kids, or anyone who loves to learn about athletes in general.
