Parallels to reality

I like the way the story is told and parallels what is happening in real life.

Love this series!!!

Amazingly written <3 and narrated by my favorite insanely skilled voice actor Vikas Adam. Literally nothing to dislike about this book! Great story, has everything from political intrigue to fun character development. I love diving in to the world they have created and wish this series would never end and get turned in to a television series or movie series to see visually come to life. Not afraid to say I am a huge fan!

female voices needed

bughet restraints might impact having another voice actor, but most need it. to have so many female characters in book speaking I believe it a necessity to have a female behind the parts. no matter how good the male voice actor is at voices.

Pauses are a killer

The story is good and the reader has a very pleasant voice. My only complaint is there is to long of pauses between statements. The story would flow better if these pauses were eliminated.

IT IS... I AM... THAT IS... WE ARE!

I'm not gonna lie I was kind of interested in the story, but this guy's performance is terrible. The narrator's over enunciation of each word is horrible and his lack of using it's or any other kind of contraction is beyond annoying. I'm not sure if this is because it's written this way, none the less it sucks. Play at 1.15x speed for a mildly improved experience.

The voices are horrible.

The narrator makes this book very hard to finish. I don't think I can continue the series after this one...

Replace the narrator.

The book is interesting. The narration makes it difficult to listen to and causes on to dislike certain characters because you have to hear their badly done voices.
