Story
Marseille, 1815.

This 1769 edition is highly sought after due to being more reader/listener friendly than the 1611 since many typos were fixed.... Story
The modern audience hasn't had a chance to truly appreciate the unknowing dread that readers would have felt when reading Bram Stoker's original 1897 manuscript. Most modern productions employ campiness or sound effects to try to bring back that gothic tension, but we've tried something different. By returning to Stoker's original storytelling structure - a series of letters and journal entries voiced by Jonathan Harker, Dr. Van Helsing, and other characters - with an all-star cast of narrators, we've sought to recapture its originally intended horror and power.

merveilleux conte
What made the experience of listening to Kafka sur le rivage the most enjoyable?
What did you like best about this story?
son impact sur la vie de chacun.
Have you listened to any of Hervé Bernard Omnès’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Who was the most memorable character of Kafka sur le rivage and why?
Nakata.
Any additional comments?

Awfully sexist. seriously.
The 2 and only women characters are only there too be used for sex or making dinner to the protagonist and are only described in level of attractiveness. It is infuriating and stupid. spent half the book rolling my eyes. Not worth it.
