Story
The Italian language is wonderful, so rich in nuances and expressiveness. It is the language of love: a sweet language, which cuddles word after word, without ever becoming authoritarian, but always turning to the heart. It is the language often used in the world of art, theatrical work and literature: a language of pleasure and passion, which expresses, word after word, moods and emotions. A language that gives happiness.

It’s not just you. Stress levels are at an all-time high—so much so that a recently convened panel of medical experts in the US has recommended that all adults under the age of 65 be screened for anxiety. In How to Release Anxiety, Gabby Bernstein offers simple, actionable steps for feeling better, living with more ease, and showing up for those around us. Gabby’s unusual advice: Rather than manage your anxiety, what if you befriended it? Gabby posits that what we befriend, we can ultimately be at ease with. So she invites us to get curious.

Story
Can You Forgive Her? is the first of the six in the Palliser series. Trollope inextricably binds together the issues of parliamentary election and marriage, of politics and privacy. The values and aspirations of the governing stratum of Victorian society are ruthlessly examined, and none remains unscathed. But above all Trollope focuses on the predicament of women. 'What should a woman do with her life?' asks Alice Vavasor of herself, and this theme is echoed by every other woman in the audiobook.

You *don't* have to go to the company website to download anything. The PDF is next to the place you click to download. I had a hard time seeing it at first. Many of the words you can understand if you speak English and even more if you also speak Spanish, even without the guide, but I sure was happy to find the guide, as other reviewers certainly didn't. For a free thing, I think it's good, BUT if they made people work less hard to enjoy the product, I believe it would result in more orders and fewer hard feelings. Great vocab if you speak no French!
