A new to me author that did a good job drawing me in and the narrator just added to the story. I look forward to more of this story.

Fun, original YA adventure

I loved this book! It had faerie elements that reminded me of Cruel Prince or ACOTAR but in a more modern setting, and for a younger audience. The narrator was quite good. The story follows a girl who is kidnapped by faeries and discovers she lived a previous life that has put her in danger. I loved the constant second guessing of who was good and who was "bad" and some of the side characters were adorable. Excited to see more romance unfold in the next book!

Captivating YA Fantasy

This was my first experience with J.A. Curtis' work, and I enjoyed it a lot. The story was about a 15-year-old girl named Mina, who found out that she doesn't know her true heritage, and two brothers, who were at war with each other. The brothers crashed a party hosted by Mina and trouble followed. The tale was so absorbing that once I started the audiobook, I had to listen until the end. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series. Ceci Garcia's narration was entertaining. I was given a free copy of the audiobook, and I have voluntarily posted this review.

A Entertaining Story

The story was captivating from the start to the finish. Knowing that there are other books in the series, makes me wish they were also narrated. I might just have to find some free time to sit and read in the upcoming months.
