Powerful story of healing, and growth.
Loved this book!!! The author’s vulnerability in telling her story really shines light into the possibility of not only healing, but changing your entire story for yourself, and generations after. I really felt empowered reading the practical applications of how to heal, and move forward in the healing journey. This book gives so much insight into many different approaches, and techniques of recovering and reframing your future to be full of hope and peace. I’m so thankful for this book. I feel that every person who has experienced some form of abuse should read this to aid in their healing, and have practical steps to live an abundant life of peace, happiness, and endless possibilities.
