Great detective story
I have enjoyed every book I have read by Joanna and she has yet to disappoint. I loved everything about the book, the story, the detective aspect, the small details of personal life for the detective. I don’t ever miss the gory part of a story because the story is written so well that it’s not necessary for shock value. I would recommend this to anyone who likes procedural books and detective books. It’s like sitting down and watching an SVU show, it gives you everything and not just for shock value, like it’s believable and relatable. I can’t wait to continue the series.
