Fun ride
Start to finish it’s gets rolling and doesn’t stop.
Lucky is the least likely hero and leader. And the audio performance was amazing

Never a dull moment!
The author gives each book it's own individual plot line. While keeping its own exciting fast paced story the author still has the ability to make each book their own stand alone book that you must listen to without stopping.

Great series
I’m glad I purchased this space opera. This is a really great series and characters. I enjoyed the character of Lucky whose dumb luck has propelled him into a war with a new enemy. I recommend this if you like hard nose and funny military style books.

am I supposed to care about them
to start the voice actor isn't strictly bad there's moments on inflection and nuance to the voice but it never seems to reach what it needs too. as for the story I can't seem to tell I'm supposed to care about who these people are. I get that we have a main character but the way he hates himself and everything going on its hard to really care what's happening to him.

Quirky, funny and filled with action!!
Just when you thought you would have a slow start of read, this book takes you off quickly with the plot. There’s a lot of mental humor throughout the book that you will find yourself smiling or laughing at. Well portrayed book and I am so looking forward to more from the author of this series.
