Conquer your negative emotions

We all face difficult situations in life which can sometimes negatively impact on our mental health. This book is a good tool to help successfully manage these emotions and in so doing conquer any helplessness you may be feeling and most importantly rediscover how to be happy again. Life is too short to be miserable, this book really enlightened me on how to deal with whatever situation life throws at me.

very good common sense

sometimes all you need is someone put common sense to your head, this a simple book full of simple ideias that may work very well in managing in your emotions. there is a lot of things here you can try before you go for the more expensive ones like doing therapy. At least this book is very optimistic

Really helpful guidebook

This book gives you lots of real-life tips for how to help yourself, plus a lot of compassion. You'll feel less alone when you read this book. We're all in the same boat really. Some people can dig themselves out better -and this is a great tool to help with that.

I could not concentrate on the content with the performance of the reader. She was overly joyful for such a serious topic.
