A good book to have

It is always good to be prepared before getting into something unavoidable like menopause. For if one is not mentally prepared it will not be easy to a handle it.Affirmations would play a vital role as one journey in the menopausal journey. I would recommend this amazing book by Virginia L & Sarah H to ease the process and pressure of menopause.

Tactics to deal with menopause.

Menopause is the natural cessation, or stopping, of a woman's menstrual cycle, and marks the end of fertility. These sudden changes in the female body lead to some mental changes in her that mostly are beyond her control.

It is is really necessary to to prepare yourself for the menopause so you can cope with the emotional
