Packed full of awesome information

A great book filled with insights about nutrition but also health and wellness overall. I much appreciated the emphasis on natural healthy habits, organic eating and mindset as pivotal elements of an athlete's performance. A much better book than some that cost twice as much.

Healthy Body - Healthy Mind

Being a health coach myself, this book was offered to me for free and it tweaked my interests that's for sure. LD Harris has done an exceptional job of presenting the concept, with an easy to listen to narration. As or headline states, a HEALTHY BODY - HEALTHY MIND go hand in hand, I've seen it and experienced it, convenience is wonderful in our fast food industry, but conveniently missing the vital nutrients needed. I highly recommend listening to this audible, to become more mindful of Mental Toughness and the connection with nutrition.
