Health and Mental Wellness
I intend to buy this audiobook to educate myself on mental health and get better sleep. If I hadn't purchased this book, I would have gone to my old habits and not improved my health. I learned great advice in being a relationship, because if we don't care for our bodies, it may affect our relationship with people around us. In other words, if we are addicted to sugar, we can get diabetes, and it may result in poor thinking and communication skills. The principles of this audiobook are crucial for our modern days.

Informative and Insightful
I'm glad I got this audiobook because it's really comprehensive on two important topics: gut health and mental health. The audiobook explains how these two are intricately linked, but the explanation is easy to understand for beginners while still detailed enough for those familiar with the subjects. The author offers advice on improving health through nutrition, mindfulness, and lifestyle changes, and these changes can be easily implemented into your daily life. I especially appreciate the recipes, as they provide an easy way for me to start my journey to better health.
