I like the client examples and chapters describing the skills. I also liked the chapter on effectiveness.

Diverse and Engaging Examples

I appreciate the realistic depictions of MI conversations. This was a useful refresher for a practitioner and ongoing work to master Motivational Interviewing. the chapter on ambivalence was particularly useful for the most challenging aspect of using MI.
