My friend really enjoyed this book!

This book outlines some basic NLP principles and provides a handful of fundamental exercises to help you get started as a beginner. Got it for a friend of mine who had no prior experience with NLP and he really enjoyed it!

Can understand a lot if you know.

I learned what types of personalities exist and that you can understand a lot if you know and understand body language.

We can control most of it.

I have learned the importance of our body language. I have also learned that we cannot control our entire body language, but we can control most of it.

This is a great refresher for someone who has already studied NLP, the website tutorials add that extra dimension of learning.
