I'm spoiled by graphic audio
Story is great but I've gotten too used to the graphic audio versions and I had a really hard time listening. Most of the time I couldn't tell which character was being portrayed.

Listen as good as these books are .. something GOTS to be done about the aduiobook girl. Cause it ain’t working. God bless her but I think she would do better with a YA book.

**Do not read this review if you have not finished the book. **
I waited a whole year for this book to come out and now I feel like I am nowhere closer to what will happen to Xaden and Violet than I was a year ago. I knew I was going to be disappointed, only because I had a whole year to build this book up in my head. The Iron Flame ends with Xaden turning Venin. this book ends with Xaden finally using his power to rescue Violet then it’s over. Rebecca‘s storytelling ability is amazing, but there’s a solid 10 hours that I feel like could’ve been summed up in two hours. Ugh!!!!

Wow - incredible story! All the characters gained depth, tension breakers hilarious, and when I thought it should be peaking, it just kept climbing! This will take a while to digest.

BEST. BOOK. WORST. NARRATOR.
I absolutely LOVED this book I devoured it. I can’t stand Rebecca Soler’s nasal narration. Audiobooks should all be dual narration or read by a full cast, even if sound effects aren’t included. it is the year of our lord 2025,.. one person narrating so many people is just bonkers …. I can’t wait for the dramatized adaptations because it will be AMAZING.
