Great input!

The author does a wonderful job laying out fundamentals and tips on building up strength to walk away from relationships that is damaging to your soul! When listening to this, I was going to think it was typical advice that two friends would tell each other. The audiobook goes into depth on how to do this effectively and great strategy to make it effortless! Worth the time!
