Casey is truly amazing! Her work has been influential/inspirational to many!

I’ve read all of the health, wellness, longevity etc books and I can confidently say that Good Energy takes things to another level. Everyone needs to read this book 10/10 I recommend! Can’t wait to gift a copy to my entire family 🤣

This book is packed full of usefull information

This book will change your life. By simply avoiding toxic foods and making better eating habits and lifestyle improvements you will learn how to live a longer healthier life. Thank you to the Author and her brother for bringing their story and information together. I was also impressed at the credits the other names of doctors and people I was already following. I am a little over a month into my journey of eating healthy and feel a huge difference already. I am grateful to have discovered this book and highly recommend reading it.

The detailed information that is missing in many other health and wellness books.

I loved the latest information on our current situation for health and vitality. I did not like how she says if you're getting murdered, you should enjoy your last moments on earth. That's just bat**it crazy for her to say something like that. I have to keep the good and toss that insane statement. I wonder if she'd enjoy getting raped and murdered. I refuse to recommend this book to my friends and family just because of her view on that situation and what she said. Yikes.
