Resumen del Editor
Keep your body and mind relaxed during your period.
Experience a positive frame of mind and effective relief from physical discomfort with this proven two-part system of spoken and subliminal suggestions. Enlisting the unlimited power of your mind, this audiobook — to be used beginning the week prior to the start of your cycle — will assist you in easing menstrual symptoms naturally.
In track 1 — Hypnosis — you will be guided through a full-body relaxation, taking you into a theta-level hypnotic state or inducing sleep, during which your subconscious mind is open and receptive to positive suggestions. The impactful statements you will hear include:
- You are an individual who mentally sends commands to the muscles of your body.
- You keep these muscles relaxed and at ease, and it is easily accomplished.
- You have mild physical reactions to having your period.
- You rise above all feelings of moodiness.
- You are a woman who has an easy period. And so it is.
You will then be encouraged to imagine yourself feeling good mentally and physically at this time of the month, and be given affirmations to repeat, all of which enhances this programming. You will also receive these key trigger words for your posthypnotic conditioned response: “relax and balance.”
Then in track 2 — Subliminal Programming — the same positive messaging will be relayed to you again, this time embedded in calming music. In this way, the suggestions you heard in track 1 will continue to be reinforced through this incredibly powerful mind-programming technique.

Historia
When two Stanford graduate students set out to create a new kind of cigarette that wouldn’t kill them, they didn’t foresee all the obstacles that lay ahead — or the powerful forces their invention would unleash. Nearly 10 years after the launch of the JUUL, Backfired: The Vaping Wars asks: Could e-cigarettes have been the solution to one of the world’s most pressing public health problems—or was this technology doomed to introduce a whole new generation to nicotine, and end up perpetuating an intractable addiction?
