Fethullah Gulen is an unconventional Muslim cleric who heads a wealthy religious/educational/business/political organization all about Islamic indoctrination and world supremacy. His Hizmet (meaning service) movement has been working subversively in Turkey for years to infiltrate the courts, police, and Turkish politicians. Fethullah Gulen is above all a Muslim cleric. He teaches a brand of Islam that is inclusive of other religions. He is a smooth talker but he is an Islamist at heart. Gulen is a billionaire business man. Fethullah Gulen also operates over 1000 schools around the world. There are 300 Gulen sponsored schools in Turkey. The Turkish court just stopped Erdogan from closing them. Gulen runs the largest charter school organization in the US with over 140 grade schools and prep schools. Fethullah Gulen has millions of followers all over the world. Even though Gulen and Erdogan were once allies, over the past fifteen years they have become arch rivals. Erdogan chased Fethullah Gulen out of Turkey in 1999.
