Interesting

Clear, concise and immediately applicable, Solving the Procrastination Puzzle is the most helpful book on the topic that I have come across. I have already begun using the strategies that apply to me, and have noticed a profound difference in my ability to complete the tasks that are a priority. Adding these strategies to my use of morning pages and a Bullet Journal has boosted my productivity. I highly recommend this book. Just get started.

Good info

This is probably one of the the most important books that I have ever read, and I have learned a lot. The information is not easy but does explain why some of us have issues with life and with others.
