This book is a no-nonsense guide to applying data and analytics to your HR practice. Geared more for firms on the medium to large size, Steve VanWieren gives the reader real, actionable steps to move any HR department from slow and reactive, to strategic and proactive through the use of data. There are so many data points that HR has access to, and too often we're scared to use them. Steve walks you through how powerful that data is, even if you don't think it's 100% accurate.
