Calm

I love Andy, his voice to me is so calming. I can feel stress but when I play Headspace radio and listen to him, I get a sense of calm, a feeling that everything is going to be just fine. I’m learning how to accept things and just feel them even though I don’t like them. I still have a long way to go.
