Chris gives a great review of buying and selling on terms. I also have his new book. The New Rules of Real Estate Investing. I love listening on Audible because I can get my driving or other drudgery done with productivity.. Traffic is terrible where I live and I no longer hate it! I can't wait to join their QLS membership!

Chris is legit and puts it all out there! Great share on success-failure-success and how to bullet proof your growth in RE with practical steps that anyone can take.
