Resumen del Editor

Have you ever felt awkward wanting to reach out to a friend or colleague you haven’t spoken to in a while, so you didn’t reach out?

Do you feel like your networking skills appear disingenuous but come authentically to everyone else?

Relationships to Infinity: The Art and Science of Keeping in Touch is both a social science-based and practical guide to helping you get better at keeping in touch. In Jason Levin’s debut book you will learn about the intersection of connection and reconnection. You’ll hear stories such as:

  • An accomplished attorney who rekindled prior relationships to land her first public sector General Counsel role.
  • An introverted CPA who built authentic relationships, allowing her to develop a real estate practice leading to an executive role within a Fortune 500 financial services company.
  • An investment banker who co-founded a boutique advisory firm, using an authentic relationship-building approach.

Relationships to Infinity belongs on the bookshelf of every executive and aspiring executive who wants to take a fresh approach to networking and build lasting professional relationships.

The Importance of Relationships

Jason Levin's "Relationships to Infinity" redefines networking, moving past its often transactional and uncomfortable image. He presents it as a vital human connection, enriching both personal and professional lives.

Jason dispels the myth that networking has to be sleazy, focusing instead on empathy, authenticity, and genuine interest in others. His powerful anecdotes and well-researched theories highlight that effective relationship building is about creating lasting bonds, not just exchanging business cards.

The book offers practical advice on building and maintaining relationships through listening, being present, and providing value. Jason's insights extend beyond professional contexts to personal growth and community building, broadening the scope and relevance of networking.

It's an inspiring read that empowers readers to build meaningful relationships. Jason's human-centric approach makes networking accessible and impactful. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking to master the art and science of keeping in touch.

Never too late to resume, never too early to get and stay in touch.

In “Relationships to Infinity,” Jason Levin reminds us of relationship-building activities we know we should be undertaking, and he offers new ideas for how to get better at this stuff. And he does so without being judgmental about why we have not been as good as we should be. I chose the newly released Audible version of the book and enjoyed it immensely on walks with Nikela, my constant canine companion. If I understood the narrator correctly at the beginning of Chapter 11, I have earned “Keeping In Touch” certification. Thanks, Jason, for a “good listen.”

Great advice!

I heard Jason speak and decided to pick up a copy of his book. Having worked with lawyers for 25 years, I find his relationship philosophy spot on and it provides a roadmap to reconnect and keep connections. The advice is so universal I’ve even made my teenage son read it!
