Si estás interesado en sanar desde el fondo de tu ser, te recomiendo mucho el libro de mi querido masajista y profesor de Reiki Victor, que con mucho cariño comparte técnicas de Reiki que yo no me imaginaba que nosotros mismos las podemos poner en práctica y consejos muy buenos para como llegar a lograr un mejor bienestar físico, mental y espiritual. Te lo recomiendo muchísimo.
