Changing my Life, One SelfCare Baby Step at a Time
Soothing, accessible, and practical. In the first 15 minutes of this audiobook, the author had already convinced me to take the self-care baby step of choosing an orange for breakfast, rather than compulsively eating a bagel and cream cheese. I was literally in the coffee shop parking lot, and had no plans of being persuaded to do otherwise, when Anana's words gently and surely inspired me to give my body what it ACTUALLY critically needed - to eat something with living enzymes - instead. Anana's voice is soothing, joyous and relatable. I appreciate being able to listen to this while I'm moving through my day. The book, itself, reminding me in the moment, to take care of my critical needs, one self-care baby step at a time. Thank you, Anana for this labor of love, and for being so genuine in your delivery. Having Self-Care Matters in my back pocket is amazing!

Pivotal Book!
This audiobook is a masterpiece in terms of laying out a program for, while creating an airtight case for, maintaining a self-care program. No matter what life circumstances you are in, I predict it will be helpful in rooting you deeper in the sacred space from which you can grow into your potential. I only wish I had discovered it sooner. Bonus: the audiobook is very soothing to listen to!
