I've been fighting a porn addiction for 3 years now in earnest. This book brought new insights and techniques that I find mind-blowing this deep into recovery. You can tell this is a man who knows exactly what goes on inside the mind of a sex addict and how to change it.

People often say knowledge is power and it is absolutely true in this case. The book first depicts sound science facts of neuroscience and the (porn) addiction mechanism. It then takes a more humane approach by going over several first-person accounts of porn use and its consequences, emotionally and physically, that helps the reader relate to themselves.
