Nail biter for over 25 years
Initial review on 2/11/20 - I have never done anything like this, but was desperate for something to help me stop biting my nails. I was interrupted halfway through, but attempted to finish listening. Apparently that didn't matter because I haven't wanted to bite my nails all day. Out of habit, my hand went to my mouth 2-3 times, but I stopped without any issues. I've also just felt "at peace" all day, even when my kids have stressed me out, I have just taken deep breaths, almost without thinking. I hope this isn't too good to be true...I will update my review later with more results..UPDATED review on 3/10/20 - it's been over 5 weeks and I haven't bitten my nails. They are long and healthy and I don't even think about biting them. I'm still in shock and have become an overnight believer of hypnosis. It's even more amazing that it came from an affordable audio book and not paying hundreds to someone to do this in person!
Ok, 3rd update on 7/14/20 - I made it 4 months without even wanting to bite my nails, but then they started becoming dry and breaking, and I had a stressful couple of weeks.. I knew I could re-listen to the hynosis, but chose not to. I am still amazed at this book for helping me, and will be trying several other hypnotherapy books because of it.

YES it works!!!! Changed my life!!!!
I’ve been chewing/ picking at my nails for my whole life! I’m 29 year old female. This audiobook changed my life! It’s been 3 months with no sign of going back! The first time I did it it did work, but not 100%. I would still pick my nails every once in a while… like 1-2X a day. So then I did some digging and read that I should do it 3-5x. I really wanted to stop because this habit has been haunting me my whole life! I’ve always been self conscious, and I’ve tried so hard to quit! I have literally been thinking about not wanting to bite and it made me anxious so I bit. Anyway, I did it a total of 5x in a week or so.. and it worked! My nails are long and healthy and everyone I know is so proud of me and compliments them!!
Thank you Craig Beck!!! I thought I was cursed with this habit for life but you helped me! I’ve been recommending your hypothesis to everyone I know!!!

You're joking right?
I expected nothing. I said screw it, its 2 dollars. I am 30 years old and I have bitten my nails since I was 6. HEAVILY bitten them.
I've tried everything & so did my parents. Hot sauce, bitter nail polish, focusing on not biting one nail at a time, everything. I listened to this before bed one night and I haven't bitten my nails in 4 days!
I haven't even brought my fingers to my mouth to start. The fact that this 40 minute hypnosis has helped this much is incredible! I might actually have pretty nails in the near future.
I am beyond happy & amazed.
I'll update in a few months!

Bought and downloaded two weeks ago
And opened it and listened to it at work. Now, my nails were bitten past the quick at that time and had been so for weeks. I've had a lifelong nailbiting problem and though I have quit from time to time, stress sends me back...
So again, I didn't even listen correctly. I just wanted to hear what it sounded like prior to actually 'using it.' However, I found for the rest of the day I just had zero interest in biting my nails. And for the next day, and the next. I did lie down' and listen to the recording correctly one evening later in the week, and I think I will do so every so often, but the magic occurred that first day, even though I didn't listen the 'right way.'
It's as though the term 'nailbiter' just doesn't apply to me anymore. I am not avoiding doing it, it just does no occur to me to do it and my hands don't go automatically to my mouth anymore.
I am pretty grateful, and now have actual nails.

Incredible
I’m 61 and have been biting my nails into oblivion for decades. I’ve tried literally everything over the years. I listed to this two weeks ago and haven’t bitten since, nor wanted to. I’ve repeated this twice since then to reinforce. It feels like a miracle! Addendum: 2 months now and no nail biting!
