Characters were frustrating

Overall the book was good. But the characters were frustrating in the sense that there seemed to be a lack of urgency and common sense. it could have been the reader for the book though; I'm not sure if I would have had the same impression if I read it myself vs. listen in to it.

took me a while, but once I got started and past the first couple of chapters - basically the setup, this book was great.

Surprising connections

A DNA test leads to disaster for a woman seeking her father. Along the way she finds an unknown sibling, love with a former foe, the death of her mentor, and a father who is less than honorable.

Great Characters in a Fast Moving Story I Couldn’t Put Down!

Colleen Coble consistently developes memorable characters you’ll remember long after the pages are finished and the story’s completed. You’ll be right there with them, wondering how Strands of Truth could have ended so quickly. For me, I hope for a sequel. In this fascinating story line you find two grown, successful women who were both raised in foster homes after their individual mothers were murdered soon after their births. While searching for their birth fathers DNA matches indicate they are half sisters, so that meet. But some one else is lying in wait looking for them, too!But the latter searches with more sinister plans. It is a fast-past page-turner! I highly recommend!

One of the best books ever

Loved Strands of Truth this was a heart warming story of love and mystery. I love a good mystery.

Good Story

Narrator sounds like she is reading a children’s book. The Night Before Christmas came to mind.

Loved it.

Whenever I get something written by Colleen, I know it will be entertaining and I can depend on it keeping me engaged until the last page.

Fabulous listen

Another masterfully written story! I loved how she weaved characters from prior series into this story. The story itself grips you from the beginning. Fans of suspense will love this story.
